For first-time buyers, our minimum order is 1 Metric Tonne (MT). For regular buyers, smaller trial orders can be accommodated. There is no minimum for sample orders.
Yes. We offer samples (50g–500g) for grade and quality approval before order confirmation. Samples are dispatched via courier within 3–5 working days. Sample and courier charges apply for international buyers.
We offer FOB Mundra (primary), FOB JNPT (Mumbai), CIF to destination port, and CNF to destination port. We work with reliable freight forwarders and can assist with all arrangements.
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — typically 30% advance with PO and 70% before shipment — and LC at sight from an acceptable international bank. Terms can be discussed for long-term buyers.
Every shipment includes: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (APEDA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, and APEDA Certificate. Third-party lab reports are available on request.
Standard lead time is 3–5 weeks from confirmed PO to container loading. This includes production, packing, and documentation. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on stock availability.
Yes. We offer custom packaging from 250g retail packs to 25 kg export tins. Private label printing on tins and retail bags is available with a minimum order. Contact us to discuss requirements.
